Starting from the definition of 'metalogue' proposed by Bateson, I will enrich both the concept and the methodology of a conversation aimed to compose together the dialogue between the conversant subjects as well as the dialogue between the conversational subject and its inner world and, finally, the dialogue between conversational subjects and the 'meta' dimension. The natural consequence of this conversational process translates into the questioning of the attributive processes underlying the subject’s inflexibility. In this work becomes crucial the ability to create the framework which allows to experience a personal change starting from the 'meta' dimension.
Finally, are described the results emerged through a research-action with a training group that has experimented the 'metalogue' methodology to achieve personal change goals.
